All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that praising oneself is prohibited in the Quran, as Allah says (what means): {So do not claim yourselves to be pure; He is most knowing of who fears Him.} [Quran 53:32]
Commenting on this verse, Ibn ‘Aashoor said in At-Tahreer wat-Tanweer:
"This is a warning to the believers against being proud of their good deeds; pride that one ascribes to himself or which others cause to him by praising him for his deeds." [End of quote]
Hence, your saying: "I as a female who fears and loves Allah as He deserved to be" is included in this, so you should be careful.
Indeed, you did well by refraining from shaking hands with non-Mahram men, because this is forbidden as we have already highlighted in Fataawa 363649, 298732 and 239482.
So, we ask Allah to reward you greatly.
However, it is not permissible for you to allow any non-Mahram man to put his hand on any part of your body. The feeling you mentioned is likely due to your alertness that no non-Mahram man should touch your body, and this is a good sign.
Nevertheless, we did not understand exactly what you meant by the last phrase. Do you mean that this feeling happens when people see that a person has done something wrong? If this is the case, then this could also be a good sign if his/her fear of Allah leads him/her to be ashamed that people would see him/her in this condition, while he/she is a role model for them.
Allah knows best.
